White Oak Partners invests the private capital of our partners and employs a long-term investment philosophy. Unlike many private equity firms, we are not constrained by a narrow investment focus or defined exit strategy. We structure transactions that allow our operating partners to expand their existing businesses, enter new markets, develop new products, or manage complex ownership transitions.

Our investments generally range in size from $5,000,000 to over $100,000,000 in a variety of industries such as energy, banking, technology, distribution, building products and real estate. Our portfolio consists of businesses with both proven and emerging products and services.
