White Oak Partners acquired a 47% stake in Mecom Oil Corporation of Houston, Texas, a successful oil and gas exploration and development company for more than 20 years.

Patriot Bank of Texas acquired Northeast National Bank of Mesquite, Texas, which serves as a Patriot Bank branch.

White Oak Partners and Talisman Capital Management formed Woodlands Bank. Principal offices are located in Beaufort, South Carolina.
